Have you been thinking ever since you bought your cell, to Unlock iPhone 3GS, but you are very afraid of the potential harmful effects that the actual unlock iPhone 3gs process could involve? Well, worry no longer, because I will give you a tool that is 100% safe and has been successfully used by lots of people.

I want to make your job easier, so I inserted a link to the best software available on the market that will easily free your device.

Why Free Unlock iPhone 3gs Methods Are Not Recommended?

Using free software published by unknown developers is certainly not a safe way because your device is subjected to many risks. Bugs might enter your system which would result in slowing the cell. In addition, you might be required to troubleshoot more often because certain apps could crash unexpectedly.

If you face such problems you will have to spend countless hours talking to people on forums about how to fix them. Although the “reset and restore” method is commonly used as a solution in such cases, you will still lose some of your apps and data.

I don’t think that avoiding to spend a few dollars would be enough to risk to damage the very expensive and fancy device you have. Although you may think you save money by choosing free software, you are in fact subjecting yourself to risks that could result in spending a lot more in the future on repairs, not to mention the wasted time and inevitable feelings of frustration involved.

Why Not Choose The Safe Approach Instead?

After considering the cons of using free unlock iPhone 3gs software, let’s talk a bit about the safe way. Many people think that the tool presented below perfectly fits in this category.

If you carefully read all of the above regarding the unlock iPhone 3gs you know that free software is not ok. The tool I am talking about can unlock iPhone 3gs automatically and doesn’t bring bugs to your system.

When you purchase it, you also receive instructions to unlock iPhone 3gs . You simply follow them and there is no reason why the process will not run smoothly. This is possible because everything it’s done automatically without damaging your device.

Why not see what I’m talking about? Visit: Unlock iPhone 3GS Software

So, if you want to successfully unlock iPhone 3gs without any risks involved, you should try the method that allowed so many users to use any mobile networks they wanted.

To be short: It is legal! The United States government declared that it is not a crime to free your smart gadget that comes from the Apple company. Many of you have asked whether it’s legal or not. This announcement answers all questions pertaining to the freeing up of technical network barriers. You can free your device to work with any wireless SIM carrier and avoid roaming charges that come with moving from one country to another.

With freeing your smart gadget you can install a lot of applications that you would normally be limited to, by the company’s settings, because one will need to go through iTunes which happens to be a long process. In order for one to successfully install the application, one had to abide with Apples terms of services and their rules as well.

According to the United States Digital Millenium Act of 1998, it did not allow anyone to go against Apple’s rule that no one should free their phone as per their terms of service. The situation took a different route in the year 2010 when the US government announced that freeing of your gadget from the Apple company was allowed.

This news has now been embraced by many who now use the mobile from this company. To top this up one is also in a position to free their iPad as well.

If you are still searching online to find out if it is allowed to free your mobile and enjoy all the good apps that you can install from whichever part of the country, Read more on this here: It Is Legal

The coming of 5th gen device is much anticipated by tech aficionados but this will also have an effect in the mobile phone lineup of Apple. As history shows, it was not many years back when iPhone 3Gs was at the limelight but with the coming of the 4th gen, the 3Gs model was offered as a free device for any two year plan. Needless to say, the star luster of the iPhone 3Gs was not as bright as before. And now that the newest device attracts attention, what will become of the older models then? Although it will not be hard to guess the answer to the said question, it is left to its fate of working in the background for a few more years or it will completely bid its good bye to the tech world.

Apart from this, dropping the iPhone 3Gs will mean that all of the offered phones now will be capable of running CDMA as well as GSM mobile carriers. This will also signify that Verizon, Sprint, and AT&T all have a new model they can offer for free for their customers. In addition, it was an exclusive item for AT&T before but the changes in the mobile line-up of Apple can allow other mobile carriers to offer the device.

Also, going up a ladder the 16GB 4s device will be available for $99 for a new two year contract while the upcoming 16GB iPhone 5 will be available for $199 on a two year contract. The 32GB is up at $299 and the 64GB is up for $399. These changes will toss the older model out of the lineup and make it available for just about any mobile carrier to sell with no contract for on-cash deals. So, what will become of this model unit?

The newest device just made its public release and tech savvies and aficionados are going gaga over this latest gadget from Apple. But as the current star of the tech world bathe in praise and reviews, older models like iPhone 3Gs will have to sit back a bit and enjoy the coach as the newest phone gets all the attention. However, this will not only become the fate of iPhone 3Gs and it is, in fact, in danger of being discontinued or phased out. Researches also show that an internal memo that comes directly from Apple and sent to Genius Bar indicates that there is a significantly low stock of iPhone 3Gs devices. The memo indicates that Genius Bar employees should limit their services to 2 options:

Screen repairs.

Promoting newer iPhone devices, especially the new device.

The limiting services encourage the consumer to buy a newer model to compensate for the limited stock availability of the device. This option should be considered only if there is no other 3GS unit left in the store.

With the 3Gs has been kicked out of the premiere Apple lineup, the 4th gen device is taking the spot as the free device. Not long, iPhone 3Gs may be discontinued after some time. There is a little catch to this however. It has been recently leaked that the upcoming iOS 6 will be supported by the model so there are speculations whether it will be discontinued or not. It may, however, simply be a last hurrah for owners before they are forced to move up to the newer models.

It was pretty surprising when the news was leaked that the three year old iPhone 3Gs will support the iOS 6 OS update that is about to be released. Since it is an older device it was expected that several features won’t make it into the device. Apple is adamant on making sure that their devices run smoothly when upgrading to new updates so some features have to be left in the cutting floor to ensure optimal performance. This is still a better deal than what the other older devices have since they won’t be compatible with iOS 6 at all.

But the fact that the iPhone 3Gs, a three year old phone, will be eligible for a 4th OS update is a real surprise. It was one of the main factors that made people question whether Apple intends to discontinue the product or not. So what was left out? Here is a quick list of the features that won’t make it:

No support for shared Photo Streams

No VIP Mailbox and no VIP Lists either

No support for offline reading lists

No support for Facetime via cellular network

No turn by turn directions and there won’t be any 3D maps as well

iPhone 3Gs won’t support 3D maps, although it is capable of it but the graphical processing power may be a bit too heavy for it to run smoothly, especially with a new OS under the hood. What many do find a bit surprising is the lack of support for offline reading lists and VIP lists or mailbox. Since the iOS 6 has not yet been officially released there is no word yet how these features affect the OS and why they have been cut out. The good news though is that the device still supports pretty much everything else, giving the phone some life support before it needs to be replaced indefinitely.

The iPhone 3Gs may be kicking the can pretty soon with the newest device getting its release but that doesn’t mean that there’s no hope left for it. First of all it is still going to support the upcoming iOS 6 update so it won’t completely be left out of the playing field, despite some features being left out of for smoother performance. Secondly, the mere fact that it won’t be included any longer in Apple’s lineup for contract devices allows vendors to sell a pretty decent tool for a much lower price.

It is predicted to be sold out in the streets and with regular vendors for prices between $200 and $250.

Even with newer toolsout in the market, the 3GS is still one competitive device. You can compare it to the low-end and mid-end smartphones out in the market today and the old model iDevice is still pretty good. There are two features however that places the older phone above the competition. There is the fact that it runs on the iOS mobile OS, the smoothest mobile operating system other than Android and then there is the fact that the iPhone 3Gs supports the largest App Store in the world. A no-contract for less than $300 is a pretty good deal for teenagers or people still not sure whether the iPhone is the right tool for them to start with.

The iPhone 3Gs is not giving up. Despite it being taken off the shelves once the new tool circulates into the market it doesn’t mean that it won’t be making a comeback. It is already estimated to sell well to first-time smartphone users as a no-contract device at about $200 and it has been confirmed that the device will support the upcoming iOS 6 mobile OS update, albeit with features stripped down for better performance. In India, the phone is still making an incredible run.

The phone used to be offered for a hefty price for a contract in India but with the new device coming out, it has been confirmed that the iPhone 3Gs will now be offered for only Rs 9,999 from its Indian mobile carrier Aircel. This amount is roughly $181 then there is the $55 yearly plan for unlimited data. People also have the option for Rs 399 a month for 2G and 3G connection, capped at 2GB of data. Whenever the network is not available the device will automatically switch over to the older network. This makes it the lowest amount one could ever pay for to bite into Apple’s little powerhouse. Then one has to consider that for such a low plan they still get access to iOS 6 and all its pretty features.

So what does this mean for the dying mobile smartphone? With the device about to be sold as a quick no-contract device, already unlocked and ready, for younger users or first time users around the world and with India offering it for an unbelievably low price, it could still see some success for another year or two until it finally bows out of the scene. When one considers how well iPhone 3Gs competes with modern smart phones despite being three years old this is not really a bad thing for the late model iPhone and works as a perfect transition for the newer devices.

Find My iPhone 3GS is the quintessential app for those who are worried about the safety of their iPhone 3Gs device. With the online apps, business files, and personal data stored, it could be pretty disastrous when the phone is lost. The app is the perfect solution for this problem.

It is a completely free app and utilizes three different location finding technologies to locate a lost phone. It will first use GPS connectivity then switch to both cell tower data and wi-fi connection to locate a device. This makes the search pretty narrowed down and accurate, even when the GPS signal is lost inside a building. You can even customize the app to display a specific message or sound an alarm. The best thing, you can even remotely delete all the data stored in the iPhone in case the phone was stolen and you’re worried about the contents. This will give you additional data security or protection.

It is pretty simple to use. You will need to have an iCloud or a MobileMe account to activate the app and then have your internet connection turned on for it to be active. The good thing is that it doesn’t drain your battery down. Once it has been activated, you can locate your iPhone 3Gs on any other iOS device available.

Pros:

It is completely free

Uses three different methods to locate your device

Doesn’t drain your battery life

Completely customizable and gives remote control over your contents

Cons:

The app shows the location of your device on the map but it doesn’t create a route to direct you to it

Several things have to be turned on in the missing device such as the Find My iPhone app and the internet connection

Facebook is still the number one social networking site there is, with over 700 million active users. This is still more than number of people who use Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Of course with pretty much everyone connected on Facebook, it is only natural to have Facebook on the go with its app. It is constantly updated alongside the numerous updates that the actual Facebook site follows. The latest version of Facebook for the iPhone goes away with the HTML5 build that it used to work around and now goes entirely for new iOS architecture, which is specific for users. Even on older iPhone 3Gs devices it runs smoothly.

Everything you can do with the regular Facebook.com page you can do with this. You can browse your Timeline, go through the news feeds, add friends, interact with groups, chat with online friends, and now you can even play the different Facebook apps while on the go.

Pros:

Facebook is free so you can pretty much stay connected no matter where you are

Everything is available. You can do anything you normally do on your Facebook account and it is actually a little bit faster on the app because of the streamlined interface

Load times are much faster than before and is significantly faster on the iPhone 3Gs than it is on Android devices, mostly because of the switch to a dedicated iOS mobile structure and not the HTML5 structure of before

Cons:

Some photos or videos may still take some time to load or would not load at all, requiring you to refresh the page

There can be a slight delay when accessing Facebook apps or the chat box

Overall, Facebook for the iPhone 3Gs is as good as it can get. The new design makes it faster and you are given all of the options you could possibly ask for and it all comes for free.

Ever had that problem of being in the middle of nowhere and you need to know exactly where and how you can get to the nearest gasoline station, hotel, or convenience store? Around Me is pretty much a GPS app built for iPhone 3Gs devices and is synchronized pretty well with Google Maps.

The iPhone 3Gs app is pretty minimalistic in design but it does deliver what matters. You’ll be able to locate everything from the nearest hotel to the nearest gas station, restaurant, banks, and cinemas. There is the quirky inclusion of Apple retail stores in the list.

One of the cool stuff is that it also integrates Rotten Tomatoes into its Movies listing. This lets you browse movie reviews before you even step into the cinema and watch a movie. There are similar features that let you get a good idea of each establishment or hotel before you even walk into them. Since Google Maps is integrated as well you’ll get a good visual guide to where you are and where the points of interest are.

There are other good tidbits since iPhone 3Gs Around Me can retrieve data from Wikipedia to give you information about a specific location. You get the specific route to get to where you want to go and you can even save all this information for later or better yet, email it all to a friend in need.

Pros

Around Me comes packed with ten different languages

You not only get the map directions to several points of interest but app integration allows Around Me to give you menu listings, hotel accommodation information, movie reviews, and others

You can use the visual map much like Google Maps. This means you can place pins and encode several notes for later use

Cons:

Sometimes the updates can cause glitches and users need to update again for the bugs to be fixed

There are some gaps in the map information due to the reliance on Google Maps
